naBuying a Home?

We listen to what you need.  Then we get the right mortgage deal for you at the best possible rate.

Why you should use a mortgage professional to help arrange financing to purchase a home?  What’s wrong with just going to your bank?

Just as it is possible to buy a house with having a realtor working with you, it is possible to go directly to a bank to arrange a mortgage without a mortgage broker.

However, unless you are one of the relatively few Canadians who already has a comprehensive understanding of how mortgages work ,  it will be useful to have  impartial professional advice.  A mortgage broker may save you both time and money, but more importantly, he will almost always save you potential heartache and stress.

Working with a broker from the outset will improve the odds of getting exactly what you need from a lender and reduce the frustration and confusion of dealing with the lender's many demands.

While mortgage professionals are paid by the banks, in most cases, we are trained to determine the mortgage and lender based on what is best for you, the borrower.  Except in unusual cases, or for commercial mortgages, no matter where we place your business the lender will pay the broker’s fee.  And professional brokers will do their very best to find you a mortgage that will accomplish what you need it to.

    * Mortgages are more complicated than you might think.

    * Interest rates are only part of the issue.

    * There are more lenders than most people can imagine.

    * Just because you get turned down by one lender doesn’t mean that you won’t be able to get what you need from somewhere else.
