Trillium Asset Management Ltd. is Vancouver-based company that provides real estate related services. The principals of Trillium have more than 100 years of combined experience in successful real estate investments supervising the financing, acquisition, management, development and redevelopment of more than $1 billion worth of real estate assets.
Our Team
Donald Wilson is the principal and Designated Individual responsible for the overall operation of DLC Trillium Mortgage Corporation and Trillium Investment Funds (MIC).
Don has been involved in real estate sales and project development for over twenty years including equity and mortgage finance for small and large development projects in Western Canada. He places millions of dollars in corporate finance for business development and continues to help his individual clients achieve their personal mortgage and real estate goals.
A strong believer in lifelong education, Don obtained his Masters degree in Organizational Management in 2002. He is a founding member of the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals/Association Canadienne des Conseillers Hypothecaires Accredites, and an Accredited Mortgage Professional ("AMP")

D. Scott Wright
With 30-years’ experience in real estate acquisition, finance, management, development and construction, Scott’s specialty as a financial strategist is using unique tax, corporate and securities structures to maximize the growth of equity (wealth) in real estate.
In 1995 Scott founded Coast Heritage Systems Corporation, a pioneer in the design, manufacture and installation of specialty glazing systems in Western Canada. Two years later he founded Headwater Mortgage Investment Fund, a mortgage investment corporation and a front runner in providing financial planning and specialized mortgage products to homebuyers.
As a developer Scott has served as a consultant, advisor, partner and principal in numerous large mixed-use real estate developments throughout British Columbia. He is also a professional musician and acting Director and Treasurer of the Deafblind Services Society of British Columbia.
Owen Davies
Mr. Davies is a senior financial professional with over 15 years experience building advising corporations in accounting, corporate finance, valuation, taxation, mergers and acquisitions.
Most recently, Mr. Davies has held the position of Vice-president and Chief financial officer for a multinational mining contractor with revenues in excess of $160 Million. Prior to joining this company, Mr. Davies gained extensive experience associated with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC (“PwC”) for a period of 9 years ultimately holding the position of Assistant Vice-president.
With PwC, Mr. Davies practiced in the areas of corporate finance, corporate valuations, project finance, mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Davies has worked on a number of major projects including the RAVP transit line project ($1.2 billion) and the Vancouver Convention and Exhibition Center expansion ($495 million). In addition, Mr. Davies has provided in-depth financial advice to a number of companies focused on the “green space”.
In 1995, Mr. Davies earned his Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) degree from the University of British Columbia. He is a designated Chartered Accountant (2000) with expertise in both US and Canadian GAAP and was Treasurer of the Board of Directors for the Vancouver International Children’s Festival from April 2004 to December 2009 (a $1.5 Million event which celebrated its 30th year in 2007).
